A flat weld-on tab with the bolt hole already engineered. Weld it on along its base, bolt to it. The bolt is the fuse: the plate is built past the bolt, so the failure you get is the one you designed for.
585 sizes, M3 to M20, in S275 steel, SS304 stainless and AL6082 aluminium. Every one is a free flat DXF for laser or waterjet, and every design is load-rated: from 1.69 to 94.08 kN.

Click a length to download its DXF. The length is the weld base to the tip of the tab. One design is one bolt, one material and one plate; its rating is the same at every length.
The DXF is the geometry. The rated pack is the proof: the STEP solid, the rated drawing (A4 vector PDF with the load-rated data block) and the FEA report (stress, deflection, factor of safety, buckling and the method).

Yes. Every size on this page downloads as a flat DXF with no sign-up and no payment. The rated pack (STEP solid, rated drawing and FEA report) is the paid part, R150 including VAT.
A flat tab with the bolt hole already engineered, welded on along its base and bolted to. The bolt is the fuse: the plate is built past the bolt, so the failure you get is the one you designed for.
Bolt sizes M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, M12, M16, M20, in S275 steel, SS304 stainless and AL6082 aluminium, on up to 3 plate thicknesses per bolt and material. Thinner plate is widened so it still develops the full bolt rating.
The static axial pull the design is rated for, from 1.69 kN to 94.08 kN across this range. It is the same for every length of one design.
The DXF is the geometry only. The rating covers the design and is documented in the rated pack. Making, welding and fitting the part are your check.
